Jana is an experienced and passionate Physiotherapist who treats a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Jana graduated from the University of Sydney in 2018, receiving the Dean’s Scholar Award for her academic achievement.

With a keen interest in sport and exercise, Jana enjoys incorporating exercise therapy in the treatment of her patients. Jana has worked with a variety of patients – including elite athletes, pre-op and post-op populations, the elderly, and your average weekend-warrior. She enjoys the challenge of helping her patients improve their quality of life through a specific, personalised treatment approach.

Jana likes to perform evidence-based treatment, combining advice, manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation, to quickly and successfully get her patients back to doing what they love.

Jana has undertaken extra training in dry needling techniques to relieve muscle tension and McKenzie therapy to treat low back pain. She has recently completed the GLAD International training, focused on non operative management of hip and knee osteoarthritis.

In her free time, Jana can be found at the beach, snow-skiing, playing tennis, or having brunch at the local cafe.

As an accrediteed GLAD practitioner, Jana runs our ‘Hip and Knee Classes’ to maximise quality of life for those with osteoarthritis. Jana is also available for Physiotherapy appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays afternoons, with convenient late appointments available.
